3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You may not share your account credentials with third parties.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscription & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via M-Pesa or PayPal.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs.
- Upload malicious content or interfere with other users.
- Use automated tools to exceed your plan quotas.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and designs on Ranking Africa are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission. AI-generated content is yours to use commercially.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ranking Africa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but you may export your data within 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi.
